Sampoorna Online Yoga Academy is the daughter of a teaching lineage that has certified more than 17,000 teachers across 80+ countries since 2009 — with one conviction: yoga is not a workout with incense, it is a complete way of meeting life.
The academy exists for one reason: to make that depth available anywhere. A full library of pre-recorded video classes, audios and guided home practices; live sessions and masterclasses with senior teachers; a worldwide community; and Yoga Alliance RYS 200 and RYS 300 certified trainings — all taught the way we teach: unhurried, precise, honest.
