By creating an account you agree to practice with care for your own body, and to these terms.

Your access

One-time purchases grant personal access to that course for the study window shown on its page; a membership reopens it once that window closes. Membership grants access to the library while your subscription is active. Access is personal — sharing accounts or redistributing course video is not permitted.

Certificates

Certificates are issued on completion of all lessons and module assessments. Certification trainings additionally require their assessed components.

Health notice

Yoga is physical practice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. Stop any practice that causes pain.
